New Gorbals Housing Association is a dynamic community controlled organisation. We own and manage 2,500 homes for rent and factor 1,600 owners homes. We are committed to the sustained physical, social and economic regeneration of Gorbals.
We are looking to fill the following post on a full-time basis (35 hours per week).
To provide customer service and administrative support for our busy repairs department. This role will deliver front line customer service and telephone duties and a calming influence along with an ability to work under pressure are essential. This role is reception based. For the above posts you will be computer literate, with a commitment to community control and a desire to achieve continuous improvement in the delivery of services to tenants and other users. You will also enjoy working in a team, have excellent communications skills and possess the ability to work flexibly with minimum supervision.
Salary: Grade 4 (£19,827 - £22,421)
