Gorbals Art Project to unveil their newest project at Cleland Underpass.
A new public artwork featuring prominent figures from Gorbals history will be publicly opened on Friday 24th June.
You are welcome to join in the celebrations on the day, which will start at 3pm in the underpass and arches.
Local artist Liz Peden of Gorbals Art Project is behind the new permanent display, which will transform the underpass area leading onto Gorbals Street. The opening of the artwork will be accompanied by a retrospective photographic exhibition of Gorbals Art Project artworks in the adjacent Cleland Lane Arches.
Free refreshments will be provided, and special guests will be there to complete the unveiling.
