The Gorbals is gearing up for the BIGGEST fair yet
On Saturday 25th June the traditional parade will weave its way from The Barn on Abbotsford Place to the Piazza on Crown Street. Join the colourful procession with, amongst others, The Gorbals Pipe Band, Bridging the Gap, The Citizens Theatre, Gorbals Parish Church and B Fabulous Dance.
The Gorbals is gearing up for the BIGGEST fair yet.
The Fair starts at 12 noon at the Piazza where there will be performances from local groups, Market stalls, snacks (some free) and carnival games throughout the afternoon.
The Fair will be spread across the area with funand activities for the whole community. As well as the Piazza you can join in the fun at:
The Rose Garden - A chance to get involved with Giggle and grow, Family Bootcamp, Arts and Crafts, Family Shows, reasonably priced food and more...
Gorbals New Park - Yoga and meditation for all ages (including babies and children), quiet places to take a breather, free fruit bags and information stalls.
Blackfriars Primary School - Carnival rides, Inflatables and football sessions for various age groups.
