If you haven’t already, we would strongly recommend that our tenants and factored owners download the MyGlasgow App on your phone or tablet.
The app allows you to do a number of things, including reporting environmental concerns like dog-fouling, littering and fly-tipping in your area. Left lying around, these items can cause health hazards and can encourage vermin into the area. You can find more information about this on the following MyGlasow App factsheet.
The app also contains links to other online services, such as reporting missed bins, paying your council tax and much more. The app is available for free on App Store and Google Play.
Dog-fouling, littering and fly-tipping are the responsibility of Glasgow City Council, not NGHA and so we encourage you to report any instances of the above on the MyGlasgow App or Glasgow City Council website.
