We are delighted to be able to offer tenants a brand new online portal, MyNewGorbals, which gives you more information about your tenancy.
From April 2025, MyNewGorbals will go live and can be accessed at any time. On the portal you’ll have the chance to view your rent account, make changes to your household and report repairs without having to lift the phone.
On MyNewGorbals you will be able to:
- View your rent charges and balance
- Make changes to your household
- Make a complaint
- Report a repair
- Make payments via Allpay
MyNewGorbals allows you to complete a number of tasks when the office is closed (e.g. reporting repairs) and also view letters and other documents we have recently sent out to you.
By signing up to the portal, you can help us reduce the amount of paper we send you (e.g. letters and newsletters) and reduce time spent on the phone.
MyNewGorbals will launch in April 2025 and to sign up, you’ll need an email address and your Account Number.
Your Account Number can be found on a number of documents we may have sent you, such as your Rent Increase Notice. Don’t worry if you no longer have this letter, as we will send you out a letter or email containing this information before the portal launches.
