As part of our rent consultation for 2020/21, we are hosting a Tenant Panel meeting that will focus purely on the subject. All tenants are welcome to come along to this meeting and share their views on the proposed rent increase of 2.4%.
Every year, we gather views of Tenant Panel members, along with the results of our consultation, and present these to our Management Committee before they make a final decision on any proposed rent increase. Our Management Committee is made up of local residents, and feedback from other community members plays a vital part in how they come to a decision.
Our Tenant Panel meeting will be held on Wednesday 22nd January 2020 from 6.30pm. This will take place at our office at 200 Crown Street, Gorbals, G5 9AY. Food and refreshments will be provided.
