The shared equity scheme aims to help people on low to moderate incomes to become home owners, and is mainly aimed at first time buyers. Find out more about the criteria of the scheme here.

If you are interested in applying for a shared equity property, and have identified that you fall into the criteria listed, you can download a Notification of Interest Form. This should be filled out and returned to our office at 187 Crown Street. You can also visit the office to pick up a copy.
