New Gorbals Scrutiny Group
If you are interested in working to improve service delivery, please get in touch for a chat about joining the New Gorbals Scrutiny Group.
This is an independently facilitated group who work on individual projects to scrutinise New Gorbals Housing Association’s (NGHA) processes from a tenant or customer point of view.
Each piece of work can take between 6-12 months. The group currently meets once a month on a Tuesday evening from 6pm-7.45pm in the Housing Office at 200 Crown Street. The group can have a maximum of 12 members. They are currently looking at the Close Cleaning service.
Support for group members is also provided by the NGHA Tenant Participation Officer, although the work itself is supported independently by the external agency: Tenants’ Information Service (TIS).
