As a Maintenance Officer you will play a key role in delivering the Association’s repairs and maintenance service and bring a positive track record within a construction and/or and housing maintenance environment. You will have a strong technical background and knowledge of best practice in construction.
Excellent customer care skills and an ability to manage contractors and tradespeople are essential. The ability to demonstrate a professional manner in all forms of communication is also an essential element of the job role.
For the above post you will be computer literate, with a commitment to community control and a desire to achieve continuous improvement in the delivery of services to tenants and other users. You will also enjoy working in a team and possess the ability to work flexibly with minimum supervision.
The closing date for the above post is 12 noon on Friday 13th June 2025 with interviews held on Thursday 26th June 2025.
Salary: EVH Grade 7, PA 22 to PA25, £40,635 to £44,619 (35 hours per week)
