New Gorbals Scrutiny Group

This is an independently facilitated group who work on individual projects to scrutinise New Gorbals Housing Association’s (NGHA) processes from a tenant or customer point of view.
Each piece of work can take between 6-12 months. The group currently meets once a month on the first Tuesday evening from 6pm-7.45pm in the Housing Office at 200 Crown Street. The group can have a maximum of 12 members. They have just completed a review of the Close Cleaning service and will be moving onto a new topic in August 2026.
Support for group members is also provided by the NGHA Tenant Participation Officer, although the work itself is supported independently by the external agency: Tenants’ Information Service (TIS).
