NGHA 2026 Tenant Conference
The next New Gorbals Housing Association Tenant Conference takes place on Saturday 28th March 2026 from 9.30am to 1pm in St Francis Community Centre.
We hope to see as many tenants as possible there as we build on the discussions and feedback from previous conferences. Once again, tenants can expect breakfast on arrival, a conference goody bag, lunch and a raffle in between presentations and discussions.
This year, the conference will focus on two key areas: Investing in the Gorbals, and the Impact of Community Involvement in the Gorbals.
Presentations from Director, Fraser Stewart, and Head of Maintenance, Tracey McCauley, will outline plans for the future of the Gorbals and look at how we plan to invest in and maintain the existing homes within Gorbals.
Tenants and community members will then take centre stage to share their experiences of tenant groups, Gorbals Ideas Fund and the community projects within Gorbals.
