Tenant and Factored Owners Satisfaction Survey 2026

We would like your feedback on our services.

We have asked Research Resource, an independent research company, to carry out surveys with our tenants and factored owners. They will be knocking on some doors during July and August to carry out the survey face to face.

They will always carry identification and a letter from New Gorbals Housing Association. You can get in touch with us if you are unsure by calling 0141 429 3900.

Everything you tell the interviewer will be confidential unless you give permission for specific information to be passed to us.
