New Gorbals Housing Association has today published a number of reports relating to our performance:
Our Annual Report covers the main development projects, information on our housing lets, rent, repairs, adaptations, accounts and more.
Our Performance includes a series of graphs and charts to compare our performance with Govanhill, Wheatley Homes Glasgow (GHA) and the Scottish RSL Average.
The Business Plan Year 1 Review looks back at what was achieved under the Association’s four key aims: Great Services – efficient, high-quality service delivery, Great Community & Regeneration – delivering place-based impact, Great Homes & Assets – maintaining and improving stock, and Great People – culture, leadership and staff.
