Changes to our Landscaping Service
As part of our efforts to enhance our Landscaping service, the Association is moving away from the traditional, fragmented method of maintaining our sites.
For example, previously a Landscaper may have cut grass one day and then returned to trim hedges on a different day. Instead, the Landscaping Team will now perform multiple tasks in the one visit, ensuring the development looks clean and well-maintained, rather than leaving it partially complete.
As a result of this more structured approach to working, there have been some changes to our Landscaping staff team. The Association has employed additional Landscaping staff as we pull away from sub-contracted resources, which have been costly to employ.
We understand that due to these changes, our landscaping service has fallen behind schedule. To combat this, the team are working intensively to bring each development back up to a reasonable standard over the next couple of months. We appreciate your patience as we work hard to rectify this.
