Help us Celebrate Sport at Gorbals Fair 2026!
Gorbals Fair is back on Saturday 6th June 2026 and this year we are celebrating a summer of sport!
The theme for the parade this year asks all Gorbals gatherers to support the summer of sport, with banners, props and costumes focusing on Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games and the 2026 World Cup.
The Big Gorbals Parade will leave from Crossroads Barn at 11.15am, making its way through the Gorbals as shown on the map below, before culminating at Gorbals Piazza, where the Fair will officially begin at 12 noon.
This year, fair goers can look forward to two stages packed full of performances from local acts. The main stage will be in Gorbals Piazza, with a second stage popping up in the Rose Garden.
Blackfriars Primary School will once again be home to the funfair, with the price of rides frozen at 50p per go.
At the Rose Garden, all ages are catered for, from Giggle n Grow sessions for toddlers to sports and activities from Glasgow Life.
Food will be available at multiple locations, with activities and entertainment at Gorbals Piazza, Gorbals Parish Church, Gorbals Library, the Rose Garden and Blackfriars Primary School.
