Property Inspection Surveys 2025
To ensure our property records are up to date, NGHA has appointed an independent company, Jones Lang LaSalle, to inspect properties throughout the Gorbals.
Inspections will take place over the next three weeks, with surveyors requiring access to homes in order to carry out a brief internal inspection. The inspections are only visual, so there will be no disruption to your property.
All Jones Lang LaSalle representatives will carry official identification and a letter from the Association. We would encourage you to ask to see these. If you are unsure of anyone knocking your door, please contact the Association for confirmation or clarification.
It would be extremely helpful to the Association if you could allow surveyors access to your home, however, participation in the survey is completely voluntary and you are under no obligation to allow access to your home.
