Scrutiny Group Conduct Close Cleaning Survey
Survey has now closed.
Set up in 2025, New Gorbals Scrutiny Group is made up of a group of tenants who are currently reviewing the Association’s Close Cleaning Service. The overall aim of this work is to identify any strengths and weaknesses of the service and recommend improvements to the Association’s Senior Management Team and Management Committee.
We have sent surveys to over 1100 tenants seeking your views to help us ensure the views of tenants who receive the close cleaning service are included in this work. We are very grateful to all of you who took the time to complete the survey. The organisation TIS (Tenant Information Service) is providing us with support and advice to ensure our work is carried out independently and will be responsible for collating all survey responses received. We will report back in a few week.
