Gorbals Fair brings over 1,000 residents together
We were delighted to host another successful Gorbals Fair on Saturday 6th June with the help of our partners in the community. Over 1,000 local people came together to enjoy music, food, entertainment, sports and of course the Big Gorbals Parade.
This year was made bigger and better with an additional performance stage in the Rose Garden, co-ordinated by Givin it Laldie, and Gorbals Library hosting a space for Gorbals Writing Group sessions for children.
A special thanks to all those involved in making the day such a spectacular event, from organisers and volunteers to the on-stage performers and everyone who took part in the Big Gorbals Parade.
